Passes and punch cards
Day passes are valid for one person on the day of purchase. Punch cards never expire and can be shared. Prices are in USD and include sales tax where it applies.
Memberships
Memberships bill monthly on the day you joined; annual memberships bill once a year. There is no sign-up fee.
Freeze for one to three months a year at $10 a month
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, in person or by email
Guest passes don’t roll over to the next month
Classes and events
Reschedule a class for free with 24 hours’ notice. Classes with fewer than two climbers may be moved; we’ll offer a new date or a refund. Event details can change and are posted on the events page.
Gym rules
Everyone signs a waiver and takes an orientation before climbing. Follow staff instructions, keep the fall zone clear, and never climb above someone. Staff may ask anyone climbing unsafely to stop.
Youth
Climbers under 14 are supervised by a parent, guardian or Crux coach at all times. A parent or guardian signs the waiver for anyone under 18.
Photos
We sometimes take photos at events. Tell the photographer or front desk if you’d rather not appear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. See the assumption of risk page for how climbing risk is handled.
